These Terms of Use govern your use of the SnoozeFlush mobile application. By using SnoozeFlush, you agree to these terms.
1. The App
SnoozeFlush is an alarm application that helps users wake up by completing a camera-based mission. The mission currently requires the user to find a toilet using the device camera.
SnoozeFlush is provided for personal use only. You are responsible for setting alarms correctly, keeping your device charged, keeping required permissions enabled, and using the app safely.
2. No Guarantee of Alarm Performance
SnoozeFlush depends on iOS, device settings, battery state, notification permissions, AlarmKit availability, camera permission, App Store entitlement status, system volume behavior, Focus settings, and other system conditions. SnoozeFlush is not guaranteed to wake you or alert you in every situation.
Do not rely on SnoozeFlush as your only alarm for emergencies, medical needs, travel, employment obligations, safety-critical events, or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm or loss.
3. Camera Use and Safety
The app may require camera access to complete an alarm mission. Use the camera mission safely. Do not walk, drive, climb, or perform unsafe actions while using the app. You are responsible for your surroundings and your use of the device.
4. Subscriptions
SnoozeFlush may offer an optional paid subscription for Pro features, including unlimited alarm uses.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Subscription availability, pricing, trial eligibility, and renewal terms may vary by region and may be shown by Apple before purchase.
5. Free Use Limits
SnoozeFlush may provide a limited number of free alarm uses. After the free use limit is reached, alarms may be disabled until Pro access is active.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
SnoozeFlush, including its design, code, name, and app content, is owned by its developer or licensed to its developer. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
8. Third-Party Services
SnoozeFlush uses Apple platform services such as the App Store, StoreKit, notifications, camera permissions, and alarm-related system features. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer
SnoozeFlush is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed alarms, missed appointments, lost opportunities, data loss, device issues, or other losses arising from use of or inability to use SnoozeFlush.
11. Apple Standard Terms
If these terms do not address a matter required by Apple, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store applies to the extent applicable.
12. Changes
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SnoozeFlush after changes means you accept the updated terms.
